The first people to sign on will view the symposium via Zoom Webinar. When the webinar is full you will be instructed on how to join the Live Stream in our YouTube channel.

The Live Video Feed will be broadcasted using the Zoom Webinar Platform for the first people to join the webinar. When the webinar reaches capacity, however, you will still be able to view the symposium live on our YouTube Live Stream.
An email will be sent to you 1 hour before the event begins on each of the two days that will include a link to join the Zoom Webinar. This is all you will need in order to join regardless of whether the webinar has reached capacity or not.
If you try to join the webinar after it has reached capacity you will be shown a message with simple instructions to view the YouTube Live Stream.
Regardless, you will still be able to join us on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
We recommend that you download and install the zoom app before the webinar begins as this will deliver a better experience than viewing it in a browser.
